The YieldKing 200 Omni-Chef is 25.5" wide by 33" deep by 64" tall with five 18" x 26" flat food racks and 5" of rack spacing for a capacity of about 200 lbs. per cook cycle.
YieldKing has two internal temperature probes that plug in outside the oven and are easily removed and dishwasher safe. Our probes can be used as an internal thermometer even if not programmed in the cooking cycle.
YieldKing has a very simple steam water pan that is filled with a pitcher that is provided. Our steam pan allows you to add beer, wine, spirits or juices to the water for additional layers of flavor. We also feature a low water alarm to alert you if the steam pan is not filled properly.
The YieldKing is based on a smoker and a smoker steamer that have been used successfully by chain restaurants since 1991. We have over thirty years experience smoking meat. Do not limit your smoking to wood, use fresh herbs, citrus and charcoal for unique essences.
YieldKing has always had a specially designed HACCP Safe Drippings Catch Pan with drain to capture the rich drippings from your proteins for you to use in AuJus, sauces and gravies. This YieldKing exclusive feature will improve the natural flavors of your menu and at the same time reduce your costs of prepackaged sauces and gravies.
The YieldKing 200 Omni-Chef draws 7.2kW during normal operation saving on energy costs.
